Rates cover 2 adults & 3 children. $10/extra adult and $8/extra child. Reservations are requested but not required.
Vermont requires a 9% Meals & Rooms tax on all Pop-Up and Lean-To rentals. Vermont also requires a 3% surcharge on stays between 14 and 30 days (in addition to the 9% Meal & Rooms Tax.)

Discounts & Refund Policy
- The first night deposit is non-refundable.
- A $25 cancellation fee will be added to a stay of three nights or more
- No shows will be charged for the entire stay
- Cancellations made less than 24hrs prior to arrival, will be charged for the entire stay.
- Early arrivals/ late departures are discouraged, please plan ahead. Unauthorized early arrivals/ late departures will be charged a fee.
- No refunds will be given due to weather.
- No cash refunds
- No refunds due to early departure.
- Upon request, a 10% discount will be given to any active or former military service members.
- Discounts or coupons must be presented prior to or at time of check-in.
- Discounts & coupons may not be combined or refunded.
- Monthly guests are excluded from discounts.
- Additional fees will added to all EVs charging.
- Booking Fees are non-refundable.
